We don't want people to use these versions. They are not mentioned on download page, pipy, in Sparkling Water documentations. RSparkling is the last step.
If anybody needs to use the older version, they have to make some effort or upgrade

I removed support for 1.6 and 2.0 as we are not really supporting then. Updated also the links to point to the latest versions.
Ofter we merge this PR, we need to make
stable

I already run it and merged the change (had to tweak the script about the non-existent Sparkling Water release :D )
