.htaccess tweaks

Looking through the .htaccess I found a couple of small things I'd recommend, so I made a pull request while talking with @paulirish over IRC.

I am not sure if this article about JavaScript and XML MIME type makes sense, but it seems we can also normalize XML MIME type?

Just wrote my own about this today. Basically the MIME-type doesn't matter at all - it's all up to what the user puts in their script tag (or the script tags in the boilterplate's content). Check it out - http://danbeam.org/blog/2011/05/06/script-not-a-type-ical-tag/

I want to bring this in but sans etags and expires changes.

killing default expires is interesting but lets make it its own ticket because it deserves some discussion.

dan if you want to add another commit to nullify yr etags/exprires changes ill bring in this PR

@danbeam can you submit a new pull req? The file has changed significantly since you made this req (& I cannot figure out what change you want made), and i think a new req would be cleaner. :P
