mpv Configurator Beta 0.2

Following changes have been done:

• Added window geometry saving. It will now remember how you had your window the last time it was opened. Thanks to Anon for requesting this.
• GUI now scales properly when window is resized.

Does not have a dynamic UI, some tooltips are skewed, other than that it should work relatively fine.
