Removed excess materials in stone.fbx
Added new materials for highlight and set them as standard for future towers.
The script will automatically adjust the material of all child components regardless of MeshRenderer type.
Adjusted the size of Tree 1.prefab so that it would look like a bush, adding a bit more visual variation.

Changed the base to fix/bugfix, to not include some of the commits that are already part of #72 (the base will automatically change back to develop when that PR is merged) 🤠

Oh also, I just realized that I implemented basically the same functionality in #76 (specifically 6b36bbe) as this PR already has 😅 (I couldn't find a card on Trello for it, so I assumed no one was working on it - forgetting to check GitHub 😔)
