Overview

A basic UX research protocol describes the objectives, guidelines, and procedure for a given user assessment.

Action Items

  • Create an essential user interview script (4 open-ended questions) that comprises the basic structure for semi-structured user interviews. The interviewer can ask additional questions, following the interviewee's lead. User Interview Script #58 provides a pool of options for additional questions as the interview unfolds.
  • Incorporate objectives and tasks from Create competitive interview questions  #69
  • Outline potential sources of biasing and how to avoid [may end up its own issue]
  • Ask team about privacy considerations
