This interview study was to better understand HfLA team attitudes towards the concept of design systems and the onboarding and offboarding process. We interviewed 5 product managers, 2 "de facto" product managers, 3 designers, and 1 developer. After this interview study concluded our team started a new phase of research that focused more on just HfLA designers.
