Overview

We want a communications guideline doc so that our internal and outbound communications have a standard aesthetic

Action Items

  • Create the draft of Communications Guide
  • Create Templates
    • Google Docs
    • Google Sheets
    • Google Forms
  • Review all the assets to determine if they are setup properly and its the design we want to go forward with
  • Make a new TWE Communications Guide
  • Once signoff has been achieved, meet with product to talk about updates for the documents that don't yet have the look and feel of the project

The current document templates have a flaw that we need to fix

  • the logo and text on page 1 is too low and gets cut off when it prints

see figma, Letter and Report Page layouts

finished moving logo placement to match the "⏰" text position

Integrated change to new slide template with different aspect ratio and logo placement.

  • I am not sure if I placed it in the right folder within the Internships Drive. (Internships > Communications Guide > Communication Template - WIP)
  • Could not move to different folder because I do not have access.
  • Made a copy by accident and cannot delete because I do not have access.
