feature: template creation (step 1)
Summary: issue to create a new template (see other labels with test in them)
Details: This is the first step in a X step process to make a new template issue. This issue is where a template that we need to create is specified and the draft started.
- status: template testing (step 2b) Summary: added to issue in the questions column after a test issue has been made/linked Details: a status label applied to the template draft so that we know we can ignore it when its in the questions column as its being testing via other issues.

This label is assigned to the issue where we test the template that was created in the first step. It is not added to the first issue (creation of template). It uses a separate template to guide the testing. [Replace with LINK TO TEMPLATE TESTING ISSUE TEMPLATE]
- feature: template test (step 3) Summary: new issue created by assignee of feature: test a template to see if it works without modification Details: This is the third step in a X step process to make a new template issue. This issue is created by the person who is assigned to the second issue and they are using this new issue to take the new template that has been drafted for a test run.
The Wiki is a working document and we would love to improve it. Please compile any questions and suggestions you may have and submit it via creating an issue.
