Overview

HfLA Product Managers need the documents that come out of their projects to have a consistent look and feel that has been coordinated with HfLA org leadership to maintain brand consistency both in their project and with other projects in the portfolio.

Action Items

• Review the existing examples of project Communication Guides
• Copy to your project google drive and edit to reflect your project
• Add a link to your Communication Guide to [list of Work in Progress versions] (Create a Guide: Communication (style) Guide for Document Creation template/examples knowledgebase-content#29)
• Complete Figma letter and report form for Google docs
• Create Wiki guidance for future use of generic template
• Review with Bonnie and revise as appropriate based on notes
• Finalize Guide and move link to resources
• Make sure all images used have been added to our Credits issue Design Credits Page  #56

OCS Style Guide Review:

• Check that index links to correct slide
• Google Slides (title slide): Re-organize open/close slide
• Add thank you slide
• Slide images should match forms for consistency
• Images (slides last four) should be in the template, not OCS guide (Forms A, B, C, D moved & linked)
• Forms C, D final edits saved in Drive & Figma along with master PSD files.
• Cleaned up OCS Guide banner images folder in Drive
• Corrected and updated source links in OCS Guide forms pages (ready for final review)

Forms C, D Change Notes a/o 3/23:

• Change blue filter to tan for consistency.
• Put a white footer background to all forms C, D so logo easier to read
• Standardize footer size and use larger size for forms C, D

• Add Forms A, B to Figma with sources (already in Doc)

@mkleibman Not sure if I mentioned it. And it looks like its missing from above. But all the images we use have to have a source provided added to our credits issue
