Create a Guide: Communication (style) Guide for Document Creation template/examples

Overview

We need to create a guide to making a Communication (style) Guide for Document Creation so that the documents that come out of their projects will have a consistent look and feel that has been coordinated with HfLA org leadership to maintain brand consistency both in their project and with other projects in the portfolio.

Action Items

The phases in the guide-making process are listed below. Each phase displayed in blue is linked to a wiki page with instructions on how to complete that phase. Open the wiki page in a new tab, copy the instructions for each part into the section labelled 'Tasks' at the bottom of this issue, and complete each task listed.

  • We have made the issues for you to post when you do outreach to the project leads. Use if you found helpful, otherwise, you can just ask them and annotate those issues (and this one) directly).
    • Gather Examples: Communication (style) Guide for Document Creation #27
    • Create a Guide: Google Form design - Gather Hack for LA examples product-management#23
  • Once done, remove the "TG: Gather Examples" label and add the "TG: Draft Template" label
• Create a draft template, either in markdown format in this issue or a google doc in the old product management google drive new product management google drive>Product Management Guides
