Overview

We need to merge the duplicate content within CONTRIBUTING.md so we have a single copy of the information.

Action Items

  • Compare and manually merge the 2 copies of the content

Post-PR

Resources/Instructions

  • Start from the current main branch
  • move the 2nd copy into a separate file and run diff on the 2 files
  • merge any differences
