Joining the Shared Housing Team

Welcome to the Hack for LA Shared Housing team! This guide will help get you up to speed on what you need to know to get started as a project team member.

If you have not read the Guide for New Volunteers, start there.

1. Join the #shared-housing-lafh slack channel and introduce yourself. There's also #shared-housing-dev for developers.
2. Attend one of our monthly volunteer onboarding nights.
3. Slack your team lead to let them know your email address.
4. Accept the Google drive invitation.
5. Add yourself to the Team Roster.
6. Let the PM know that you have added your info.
7. Read Introduction to the Project.
8. (BW to add later) Review [INSERT SLIDE DECK or VIDEO THAT SHOWS HOW WE USE THE PROJECT BOARDS IN GITHUB TO MANAGE WORKFLOW].
