Doing as one ticket per @JRKoch

Fix up grid on homepage to be more closely spaced
About page clean up

Pull in the margin of the text (should match homepage so it's probably about 50% of the viewport on a desktop, 75% on mobile)

Remove white visible border on about images
Use latest about images
