@cduong5 I see that you are assigned to this issue. I am going to unassign you from this issue for now, since it requires UX team to build a replicable UX Research program and my understanding is you are from the design team. If I have confused you with another member of the team and you are on the research team, please let me know by responding to this comment on the issue.

Follow up with Jane on the related issues that this identifies in next team meeting. Reneamed in discussion with Bonnie, but confirm if usability testing 2

Usability testing 2 occurred on Feb, 2022. We summarized the findings and reported on Jun 2022 with Journey Map and Issue Tracker
