We need to have personas so that we can evaluate if the features we are developing service the target audience.

  • Create an interview guide containing research objectives and questions, and interview questions

• Conduct user interviews with participants

Progress: Just returning from being away in December, so no progress to report. Will follow up with Nathan now that we are both back from traveling.
Blockers: Have not heard back from Cynthia Kiser or Philip Price Fry. Need one more name and contact - Bonnie will look for the name/contact of one other possible participant: Sr Developer who was in Civic Tech Index, knows Docker and helped Sakari.
