hostname command fails in chroot #3

The hostname command fails to run while building a port(presumably because /boot/system/settings/network/hostname isn't available inside the chroot)

This includes failures in other network related tools due to missing network settings

Fix #3: broken networking in chroot.

  • Haikuporter now copies the network settings directory into the chroot,
    such that networking should work just as usual.
