A dependency of azure-pipeline-go requires CGO to be enabled in order to build for Darwin

Hi 👋 Thanks for this fix. Is it possible that 18c19dd#diff-33ef32bf6c23acb95f5902d7097b7a1d5128ca061167ec0716715b0b9eeaa5f6R99 re-introduced the issue? See cloudquery/cloudquery#950 and https://github.com/cloudquery/cloudquery/runs/6963839056?check_suite_focus=true
