Description

Change the name of this app from "AviUtl Plugin Manager" to "AviUtl Package Manager".

I have been struggling with a name for my app for a long time now.
However, I'm going to change the name to the broad term "Package" instead of the more restrictive name "Plugin" to indicate that it can manage all core parts, plugins, and scripts.

See #92 for a discussion on this.

We change the name of the app from "AviUtl Plugin Manager" to "AviUtl Package Manager".
This change
is to make it clear that "apm" is not only for plugins, but also for AviUtl itself, Exedit Plugin,
and scripts.

BREAKING CHANGE: All settings will be lost.
