Description

We change the name of the app from "AviUtl Plugin Manager" to "AviUtl Package Manager".
This change is to make it clear that "apm" is not only for plugins, but also for AviUtl itself, Exedit Plugin, and scripts.

BREAKING CHANGE: All settings will be lost.
