Doing the same that was done in other cases. I added a
startsWithmethod to not add two times the/host=*/server=*in the DC host. UsingWEBSERVICES_RUNTIME_TEMPLATEto check for statistics because it fails in domain mode (the resolve expressions can only be executed in runtime). A little test forstartsWithwas also added.This PR is for branch 3.3.x.
