Usage:

• Press p to toggle presenter notes
• Press w to toggle widescreen mode
• Press h to toggle code highlighting
• Press f to toggle code full screen mode
• Append ?presentme=true to turn on presentation mode with two browser windows. If you navigate in the presenter's screen, the main slide screen will move along. This setting is sticky, to append ?presentme=false to turn off.
