Update TS definition for hiddenRows and hiddenColumns plugins

Context

The PR adds the missing TS definition for copyPasteEnabled option of the HiddenRows and HiddenColumns plugins.

How has this been tested?

I tested the changes locally and I covered the fix with types tests.
