- moved collections to a separate tab
- added the ability to sync collections to playlists
- added "discog collections" that generate a collection of an artist's album catalog
- added a pages section to the settings
- added a "flatten" option to the playlists page to flatten folders
- folders and collections now show a more informative subheader ("x playlists, x folders ")
- pinned items now show clearly with a special badge
- fixed folder images not showing up in the sidebar
- fixed the blank playlist icon showing up wrong
