Day 12
I started the day with writing the report for the first stage of the internship. I actually wrote it the night before but there were several things that I needed to change and some things I needed to add. After I finished my report I took a look at another data sets about Parkinson since I didn't know what to do anymore with the normalized data sets that Prof. Tunahan gave me the other day.
I started writing the code to concatenate all of the samples from the raw data folder and also created the metadata to distinguish between each factor.
