Day 11
- Struggled with how to analyze the normalized data sets from GEO Database.
- Took a look at python Pandas (learned Python Pandas again)
- Learned to know whether I can use the normalized data as DESeq2 input or not.
- Read the DESeq2 documentation and tried to understand every piece of it (because it is so manyyyyyyyy).
- Took a look at DESeq2 tutorial which is not the answer to my problem.
- Took a look at other Parkinson's data sheet on GEO Database.
