This design is an open-source, versatile, minimal and a simple light-weight design for a bsic calculator, which you can use directly in your JAVA IDE.
To use this design, you just need to clone the repository and add the file Main.java
to your java project. You can clone this repository to your machine by typing git clone https://github.com/harshitbudhraja/calculator-design.git
in your terminal.
- OUTPUT AREA - This can be generally used to display the output of the arithmetic operations that the calculator performs. This is made non-editable in this design.
- INPUT FIELD - This is the text field where the nnumbers/operators that are entered by the user is reflected back.
- NUMERIC BUTTONS - All the numeric buttons are named in the following manner -
