Changes:

  • Support for making a distinction between amplification/overexpression and deletion/underexpression
  • Support the evidence matching of HLA Class I evidence
  • Support the evidence matching in case the gene is wild-type
  • Updating the matching of the codon/exon evidence only when the gene is annotated with high driver likelihood (> 80%)
  • Improve the promiscuous fusion matching to match only the evidence of that gene if a fusion with that gene is reported either in 5' or 3'
    position matching on the reported type defined
