- Automatically skip steps that are not relevant when target URL is not a web page - Reworked timeouts management in `Scoop.#detectAndCaptureNonWebContent()` - Added blocklist filtering in `Scoop.#captureCertificatesAsAttachment()`
`captureVideoAsAttachment` should be `webPageOnly` as well.
