Problem

The EVM E2Es are currently not being executed with EthereumTransaction's, leaving us vulnerable of introducing regressions with new features/PRs.

The E2Es are listed in EndToEndTests, but commented out.

Solution

Remove these E2Es from the EndToEndTests and execute them in the ConcurrentIntegrationTests.
Enable all the following packages to run with EthereumCalls:
