Description

Renames @hashicorp/version-select to @hashicorp/react-version-select to align with the rest of our packages. We'v got some transpile tooling that relies on the react- prefix, so gotta add that back!

I'm not exactly sure how this will play with changesets, I might have to do a manual publish here.
