fix: Handle */ sequences within variable descriptions and defaults for variables in modules

Description

We use the variable descriptions and default values within the documentation block of the generated module. However, if it contains a code block ending sequence */, that introduces errors. This PR sanitises any such sequence and also adds a note to let users know that we did a manual change to the default value or description.
