Hi ,

I have used terraform a while , very happy to see tags is added to ec2_instance in new version , can we also add tags attribute/function to resource aws_autoscaling_group ? cause it is very usable creating instances with tags provided by autoscaling group .

I should clarify this tags for auto_scaling_group , the tag I want is the tag name which will gives to instances scaling group creates , not the tag name for scaling group itself .

It will be extremely useful when used with puppet/chef/ansible dynamic inventory ,which grouped by tagname.

Thanks
Kevin

Tags for Auto Scaling Groups were added in #1319, so I'm closing this now. Thanks!
