Argon2 KATs test failure on aarch64-darwin (apple silicon)

The following test fails on aarch64-darwin with GHC 9.0.2:

I've tried to update the cbits/argon2 files, but that is a significant undertaking, as the process for this isn't documented afaict and the diff from the original is huge because of many renames.
I'm unblocking nixpkgs by disabling the Argon2.hash function for the time being.
