Trailing whitespace in GPLv3 license

When using cabal init and picking GPL-3, the provided LICENSE file has some trailing whitespace. It'd be great if that could be removed.

Can you point out exactly where trailing whitespace shows up in
https://github.com/haskell/cabal/blob/master/cabal-install/Distribution/Client/Init/Licenses.hs(line
numbers would be most helpful)? At a quick glance I didn't see any.

Just for GPL-3, lines 504 and 937. There are also 2 trailing newlines in the resulting LICENSE file instead of traditional one.

I'm guessing this is also the case with other licenses although I haven't checked.
