I don't currently have the ability to upload stm releases. I believe @hvr does, however. Herbert, could you upload a new release or add me as a maintainer?

@bgamari I can happily take care; I see that #1 needs merging; is there anything else you can think of that we may want to add/change in stm in the next 2-3 months?

EDIT: I've started going over the API, and I'm noticing and getting reminded about stuff that I'd like to get polished/fixed for an upcoming release; I'll slowly push commits and create PRs as I go over the API.
