Yes. The authors of this program sincerely believe so. The founder of JottaCloud has explicitly encouraged API usage (screenshot1, screenshot2), and reverse engineering is explicitly permitted by Norwegian law.
- Will I get something for free?

No. You need a valid, non-blocked account at JottaCloud (or a white label partner).

- When using jotta-monitor to transfer large files, is there a way to monitor transfer progress?

[I have tried running debug (just says uploading file) and also running jotta-ls (the file is there with added .ozAzZN, however file size is -1)
