Style up top nav bar so it's less like the bootstrap default nav bar

At a glance I mistook the ng-grid homepage for hawtio :-) We should maybe consider styling the top nav and maybe other obvious bootstrap controls to help distinguish it a bit.

yeah, I like the current style also a lot really, however I've come across multiple sites that are using the same exact nav bar :-(

Also I really like the nav bar on http://hawt.io/ and was toying with the idea of making the app's nav bar look more like it definitely. Just gathering thoughts though, I figure when I start tinkering I'll post screenshots, sound good?
