add a nice 'git clone https://host:8181/git/fabric' popup with copy/paste stuff on the container URLs page

so its super easy for someone to do a git clone of the config if they wanted to; like the OpenShift application details page does for ssh. We could do the same for SSH too really; have a link/button for both git and ssh that opens a little expando/popup thingy that has the command line to type along with the line being copied to the clipboard

might be nice to show text like this:

git clone -b 1.0 http://admin:admin@stracmac.local:8181/git/fabric

so it clones the current version with the user/pwd in there first time so users don't have to think too hard about it etc
