Create a tool to improve Helm Chart maintenance #13

We already have a lot of similar Helm Charts:

  • stable/hazelcast
  • stable/hazelcast-jet
  • hazelcast/hazelcast
  • hazelcast/hazelcast-jet
  • hazelcast/hazelcast-enterprise
  • hazelcast/hazelcast-jet-enterprise
  • ibm
  • ibm community enterprise

We need to create some tooling to maintain them effectively. An idea would be to create a tool that makes the changes everywhere from a *.patch file. Or a tool to quickly give a diff of the Charts.

We should also research what other tools do (e.g. MySQL).

Since stable/* becomes deprecated with the Helm 3 adopting HelmHub discovery, I think we can close this issue. IBM maintains their charts by themselves anyway.
