LikeCount is a WordPress Plugin to display how many people have liked the Facebook page of the blog. It also shows Twitter and Instagram follower. Right now LikeCount is in active development.
After the installation you find a new page in the backend of your WordPress blog where you can add the names of the social media accounts. Then you can use the following functions to place the likes and followers in your theme.
likecount_facebook()
likecount_twitter()
likecount_instagram()
Of course you can send in your pull requests or open issues. LikeCount is in active development.
