chore(deps): bump ejs and @angular-devkit/build-angular in /e2e/a6

Removes [ejs](https://github.com/mde/ejs). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@angular-devkit/build-angular](https://github.com/angular/angular-cli). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `ejs`

Updates `@angular-devkit/build-angular` from 0.8.9 to 17.3.6
