Thanks for a great project!
I want to make a base for internal only. How can I give access to the Knowledge Base only to authorized users?

I think you can set it to 'private' when you edit the category or article under the type option. By default, they are public.

Then, make the "authorized users" ->"agents", so they can log in to the staff dashboard and view the private KB there.
