@pburtchaell looks good. You can merge this in now if you'd like or if you want to hold off until doing the mocha tasks listed in #10 that's cool.

We've had changes with loading helpers, so we might be able to simplify the Handlebars template a lot too. But that shouldn't hold this back since it can be updated later.

I'm going to merge now and with just one subgenerator (yo helper:project), which will generate docs, gulp/grunt, and tests. If in the future someone wants a separate subgenerator for tests or docs, we can do it then.

And yeah, Handlebars template could be simplified. I'm not well versed on the Assemble API though, so I'll let you guys do that.
