Lighthouse AI kernel patch as applied to Qualcomm open source kernel

1 - Setup instructions to download and build AOSP including kernel can be found here:

2 - Manifest used to build kernel used on Lighthouse AI camera is LA.BR.1.2.4-01810-8x16.0.xml

3 - Lighthouse changes are contained in lighthouse_kernel.patch
