Пользователь предложил решение, которое проходит тесты, но если передать в его функцию адрес 'httpbin.org/redirect-to?url=https://google.com', то результат возвращается неверный. Добавил тест, чтобы такое решение не прошло
(в других стеках испытания отличаются)
