@wojtekmach To fix the Hex client tests you can either push fixes to the maintenance branches on Hex but it might be easier to just use an older OTP versions for them for now. |

Ok, we had the latest stable version in docker file for about 6h :D If someone wants to send a PR to use 1.13, that is appreciated! |
