Adds a block (of fog) that stop players to build on it.
This is a simple mod that adds a tile in the editor so player can no longer build on top of it. The purpose for this block is to stop player blocking path of enemies to simulate the style of traditional TD. The area that cannot be build will be covered by a dark shade (fog)
