  • explore doing this coordination without timeout trick

• coordinate virtual:server-css-proxy.js
  • this should be probably refactored first so that it can pass css id directly (just like during dev) instead of going through dist/rsc/assets
  • refactor: pass server css to browser via shared build state #352
• use load instead of emitFile
