JavaScriptプロジェクトではない場合にJavaScript Natureを追加する機能があったが、
JSDTに既に機能としてあり、
選択状態によっては不要なダイアログが表示させることがあったりするので、
機能を削除し、JavaScriptプロジェクトではない場合はプロパティに表示しないよう変更。

JSDTによるJavaScript Nature追加操作は以下の通り
プロジェクト右クリック>構成>Convert JavaScript Project
