need root password

Also, I want the oracle user password.

I tried, the following passwords for both Oracle and Root users, but in vain:

oracle, admin, vagrant, manager

Not sure what you're trying to do.

Following works for me (no passwords required):

vagrant ssh
sudo su -

That gives you the root prompt.

After that (no passwords required):

su - oracle

will give you the oracle user prompt.
